2. COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The transfer of personal information is to be considered compulsory since it is necessary for the purpose of offering the services accessible from the Holiday Rome Bed & Breakfast Website, the only exclusion being the Public Access Class for which no personal information is requested.
